Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Ardeo Academy ([LEGAL COMPANY NAME], "we") collects, why, and what you can do about it. We know the topics here are personal. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Quiz. Your answers, the screens you reached, your device type and the ad or link that brought you. These are stored under a random code, not your name. If you enter your email and her first name to get your plan, we store them separately from your answers.
• Purchases. When you buy, our payment provider (Hubla) tells us your email, what you bought and the order number. We never see or store your card details.
• Your account. Your email, your password (stored only in scrambled form that can't be read back), the devices signed in to your account, and which lessons you've completed.
• AI coach. Your chat history is saved on your device, not on our servers, and you can clear it anytime. To write each reply, your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic. We keep only a count of messages and the amount of text processed each day, to manage usage limits and costs.

How we use it

• To give you your plan, your account and the products you bought.
• To send you sign-in details and messages about your account.
• To understand which parts of the quiz and the program help people, in totals, so we can improve them.
• To prevent abuse, such as account sharing or automated attacks.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the app for us, and only what each one needs:

• Hubla (payments and subscriptions)
• Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database)
• Resend (account emails)
• Anthropic (AI coach replies)

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share your quiz answers or chats with advertisers.

Cookies and storage

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores your quiz progress and your coach chat history on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is active and for as long as we need it for legal and accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of certain uses. Email us at support@ardeoacademy.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Age

Ardeo Academy is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, scrambled passwords, signed sessions and limits on access. No system is perfect, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and let account holders know by email.
