Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] ("Ardeo Academy", "we"). By taking the quiz, buying or using the app, you agree to them.

What Ardeo Academy is, and isn't

Ardeo Academy is an educational program about rebuilding trust in a relationship. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal or financial advice, and it doesn't replace a licensed professional. We can't promise any result in your relationship: what your partner decides is up to her.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Your account is for you only. It can be signed in on up to 3 devices; signing in on a 4th signs out the oldest.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Plans renew automatically until you cancel. The price you see at checkout is what you pay today, and the renewal price is shown next to it:

• 1-week plan: $9.99 today, then $49.99 every month.
• 1-month plan: $19.99 today, then $49.99 every month.
• 3-month plan: $39.99 today, then $99 every 3 months.
• AI coach: $39.99 today ($27.99 if you chose the second offer), then $79.99 every month until you cancel.

Guides sold individually or as a pack are one-time purchases, with no renewal.

You can cancel anytime online, from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

The AI coach

The coach is an AI, not a person. It can make mistakes, so use your own judgment, and don't rely on it in an emergency. It has a daily message limit to keep the service fair for everyone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ardeo Academy to:

• harass, threaten, monitor or track another person;
• pressure or manipulate anyone into a relationship or into sex;
• share your account or copy and resell our content;
• attack, overload or try to get around the app's security or limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Our content

Lessons, guides, cards and other materials belong to [LEGAL COMPANY NAME]. You may use them for your own personal use, including printing the cards and journal pages for yourself.

Limits of our responsibility

Ardeo Academy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and email account holders about meaningful changes. These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OR COUNTRY], except where the law where you live says otherwise.
