If Ardeo Academy isn't helpful for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment for a product and we'll refund that payment in full. No forms, no questions you have to answer.

Renewals

Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. If a renewal went through and you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of that charge and we'll look at it with you.

How to ask

Email support@ardeoacademy.com from the address you used to buy. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Access to the refunded product ends when the refund is processed.
